Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the Buckmaster Hawkey Permanent & Temporary Recruitment Referral program. By participating in the referral program and making a referral, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, Buckmaster Hawkey means Buckmaster Hawkey Pty Ltd.

Permanent Recruitment Referral Fee: The referred candidate is to be employed into a permanent role with Buckmaster Hawkey or with our clients for a minimum of a 90-day term from their start date to be eligible. If the referred candidate ceases employment prior to the 90-day term, the referral fee will not be payable.

Temporary Recruitment Referral Fee: The referred candidate is to be employed into a temporary role with Buckmaster Hawkey or with our clients for a minimum of 76 hours worked from their start date to be eligible.

Buckmaster Hawkey will only pay referrals that lead to employment within 12 months of the referred date.

To constitute a genuine referral the referred candidate must not be already known to Buckmaster Hawkey on our database. Buckmaster Hawkey will notify the referee if their referral is unsuccessful on this basis at the time of the referral.

The referral must be completed electronically via email or via the link on our website and social media profiles in order to guarantee that the referred candidate’s details have been logged on our database.

By referring a candidate, you warrant to Buckmaster Hawkey that you have the express permission of the candidate to provide their contact details and for Buckmaster Hawkey to contact the candidate.

Once referral fees are eligible to be paid, Buckmaster Hawkey will notify the referrer and provide relevant documentation and nominate their bank account details for payment. Once completed and returned, payment will be paid within 30 days from this date.

A candidate may only be referred by one person. If two people refer the candidate to Buckmaster Hawkey, the person who referred the candidate first will be eligible for the referral fee.

Payment is only due after initial placement; any further placements are excluded.

The amount payable will be in accordance with the Buckmaster Hawkey referral scheme promotion at the time of eligibility. This is subject to change as any time at Buckmaster Hawkey’s discretion.

Buckmaster Hawkey has the right to withdraw this referral program and the referral fee at any time, in its absolute discretion.

In the event of any dispute Buckmaster Hawkey’s decision is final.
