Real Estate Business Tops $33B

Australia’s real estate and rental management business is now worth $33 billion.

According to a new report by Deloittes Access Economics, real estate is the seventh largest business sector in Australia. Real estate, which includes property management and the income derived from sales, is a quarter the size of the finance sector but 32% larger than Agriculture and Fisheries and three times the size of the Arts sector.
