4. Our Temporary Recruitment Division

This division of Buckmaster Hawkey is managed by a highly experienced manager who has been with our business for over 25 years. Her day is totally focussed to Temporary Recruitment and has a reputation for service which is second to none.

Our Temporary team provides many valuable services to employers in the real estate and property industry. We can help clients:

  • Fill a vacancy while you review your need to replace a permanent employee,
  • Staff a special project which employees might not have the time to complete,
  • Temporarily fill a position to allow management the time to restructure or review duties when a longstanding employee leaves,
  • Trial a newly created position in an expanding business,
  • Create new office systems and simplify procedures for a new office before employing permanent staff,
  • Fill vacancies created by annual, maternity and/or sick leave, as well as overload periods,
  • Attend properties 'open for inspection' to help your team at peak times.

All temporary staff have real estate and/or property experience in many different areas, and therefore can walk into any office and get straight down to work. As the client pays for temps by the hour, it is in their best interest to have someone who can be productive in the quickest possible time. Buckmaster Hawkey have the relevant property and real estate industry experience to provide you with temp staff who will slot into your daily business operations with minimum fuss or disruption.

For assignments where an Agent's Representative is needed, you are required (as the Licensed Agent the temp is representing), to satisfy yourself as to their eligibility under The Act and register their start and cessation dates with the BLA (which can be done on-line).
