"My situation is perhaps a little diverse as I was dealing with Buckmaster Hawkey as an employer and having them recruit for me. Although they did a fabulous job it wasn't until I dealt with them as an employee looking for work that I understood how diverse they really are from so many recruitment agencies.

Looking for work is never an easy experience and for me, it felt at first quite daunting. The consultants I dealt with at Buckmaster Hawkey were always so caring and genuine. They listened to what I was looking for in a role and just as importantly to what I hadn't enjoyed doing in my previous roles.

For me the main difference was that I was always given options and never made to feel that I was unreasonable in my requests and wants.
